The entire Villa la Spiaggia holiday home can be booked as a whole with all its 3 apartments for up to 14 people and sleeping accommodations divided into its 6 rooms available. The villa guarantees all the services offered for the single apartments with full kitchen, 5 bathrooms with bath tub or shower, meeting /relaxation areas and the fabulous porch overlooking Lake Como in the Ulivo apartment, for outdoor dining under the moonlight. The fenced and well-kept garden offers barbecue and a 8x4m salt water swimming pool. The solarium and lake beach are included and totally reserved for guests.
